Council Events

Night Mar­kets are Council's signature events and are held on selected dates in the Todd Mall 5pm – 9pm.

Each night market offers a spectrum of entertainment for the whole family! 

With live, local enter­tain­ment for the whole fam­i­ly, you can bop while you shop for authen­tic Abo­rig­i­nal art, hand-made crafts, up-cycled trea­sures, books, hand­made cloth­ing and jew­el­ry, plus a huge range of tasty treats from our local food vendors.

Coun­cil active­ly encour­ages BYO reusable cut­lery and take-away food con­tain­ers to reduce the vol­ume of Sin­gle Use Plas­tics going into landfill. 

Council now offers reusable plates to all food vendors wishing to participate.

Pow­er & Water truck sup­plies free drink­ing water sta­tion. We encour­age every­one to bring own water bot­tle and refill to min­i­mal­ize use of paper cups.

Night Mar­kets are fam­i­ly-friend­ly, smoke-free events.
