      • Books, clothing and retail

      • Locally designed jewellery

      • A delicious variety of food from our local vendors

These are alcohol‑free and smoke‑free events, creating a welcoming environment for families and visitors of all ages.

For the comfort and safety of your pets, we encourage leaving them at home, as the loud music, large crowds, roaring engines show, or fireworks may be overwhelming for furry companions.

      Sustainability

      ♻️ Help Us Reduce Waste

We’re committed to minimizing waste at our events, and your support makes a real difference.

🌿 Bring Your Own Reusables Council actively encourages everyone to bring reusable cutlery and takeaway containers to help reduce the amount of single‑use plastics ending up in landfill.

🍽️ Reusable Plate Program Council provides reusable plates for participating food vendors. Simply request a reusable plate when placing your order, enjoy your meal, and return the plate to the designated Drop‑Off Zone.

💧 Free Drinking Water Power & Water supplies a free drinking water station. Please bring your own water bottle and refill throughout the event to reduce the use of paper cups and plastic bottles.

🗑️ Waste & Recycling Bins You’ll find multiple general waste and recycling bins across the event site. Help us keep the area clean by disposing of your rubbish responsibly as you go.
