The Administrative Review Committee is established to review 'reviewable decisions' in accordance with sections 322 and 324 of the Local Government Act 2019.
A reviewable decision is a decision or order made by Council or an officer of Council, that is designated as reviewable. The following are designated by the Act as reviewable:
(a) a decision in relation to the correction of an entry in the assessment record under section 232(1) or 233(7);
(b) a regulatory order under 286;
(c) a decision to refuse to suppress a person's details in publicly available material under section 293(5).
» CEO Review Committee
The CEO Review Committee (the Committee) is a Council committee established in accordance with section 82 of the Local Government Act 2019 (the Act).
The purpose of the CEO Review Committee is to provide strategic oversight and recommendations to Council regarding the entire employment lifecycle of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), including recruitment, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
