About the Art
This laser cut yellow rabbit statue, situated on a plinth, was commissioned by Michael Sitzler, the owner of Sitzler Brothers which built the Supreme Court Building and installed this sculpture as part of the opening.
He offered the sculpture as a parting gift to the town from him after the Court building construction was complete, with the intention to put a little pedestal with a public art piece on it to create some interest and a talking point about art as well as the broader precinct.
