      Council acknowledges the Central Arrernte people as the Traditional Owners of Mparntwe, the Country where we live and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and celebrate a deep and ongoing connection to this land, its waters, and its stories. We endeavour to listen, learn and grow as we continue our ongoing journey towards reconciliation.

Humans are inherent with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of common humanity, without distinction of any kind such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
