How to Self-Publish with Digital Platforms with young person Leah Braham
Thursday 17 January from 5-6pm at Alice Springs Public Library
FREE. All Welcome.
Book via: aspl.eventbrite.com.au or 8950 0555
Young Local author, Leah Braham shares their experience and expertise gained through self-publishing two novels.
Leah Braham is a self-published author, born and raised in Alice Springs. She knew from a young age that she wanted to write
and wishes that she’d been encouraged more to do so. With the new age of publishing and distribution, Braham saw her chance.
She published her first novel, ‘The Golden Hour’, in April 2018 at 18 years of age, and her second title ‘Whatever Happened to Hillary’, the following November. She hopes to share the knowledge of how much is possible with self-publishing.

"Kids have their own valuable perspectives on the world too- if only we'd listen..."
Andrew believes safe spaces and opportunities should be created for kids to explore their interests and apply their wisdom.
It is his mission to open the world for these wise kids and have as much fun as he can while doing so. Andrew is currently
teaching in the remote Barkley Region. His growing knowledge of modern neuroscience, positive psychology and daily interactions
in a variety of school communities over more than twenty years has inspired the creation of the ʻWise Kids Seriesʼ of books,
the ʻWise Kids Hero Questʼ workshops, and a classroom leadership program. Andrew Holt writes books for children of all ages.
He is passionate about providing them with tips and tools to become self aware and socially responsible and therefore grow in emotional wisdom.
