Council Decision on By-laws
At last night's November Ordinary Meeting Council resolved to adopt the Alice Springs (Management of Public Places) By-laws 2009, which will now be sent to the Minister for Local Government to be gazetted.
Tourism Industry Raises Funds for Purple House
Mayor of Alice Springs Damien Ryan today handed over a cheque for $5,500 to the staff at the Purple House, as the result of an innovative philanthropic endeavour by the Business Tourism sector in the Northern Territory.
