What issues can be reported?
You can report issues to Council incluing road obstructions, vandalism, potholes, fallen trees, abandoned trolleys, litter, and graffiti.
How do I make a report?
You can make a report by using the Neatstreets App available from www.NeatStreets.com.au
All relevant reports are sent directly to the Alice Springs Town Council (matters that are not covered by Council are sent to relevant authority)

Report graffiti, vandalism or rock throwing
Did you know you can get a reward for providing Council with information that leads to the conviction or diversion of a person who has committed the following offences?
Graffiti or vandalism
Alice Springs Town Council, NT Government and Power and Water offer $500 each towards a total $1500 reward to those who can assist police in the conviction of a person who has committed an offense of vandalism or graffiti.
As resolved at the September 2010 Ordinary Council meeting, Alice Springs Town Council will put up a $2000 cash reward for information that leads to the conviction or diversion of a person who has committed an offense by throwing an object causing major damage.
PLEASE NOTE: Legal action will be taken against any person reported or photographed in the act of vandalising or producing graffiti to public property.
How to make a graffiti, vandalism or rock throwing report
Call: The Director of Corporate and Community Services or the Ranger Unit Manager on (08) 8950 0500.
Include your name, phone numbers, email, details of the offence - who, what, where, when and any other comments.
