Under the Sails:

5pm: Run to Fire - If its funk you feel, if gritty world grooves make you move, and a touch of the blues is what you freely choose.....RUN TO FIRE!! With their eclectic, earthy and uplifting sounds, RUN TO FIRE will keep light in the night, and like a spark, share the music around.

6.15pm: Bec Matthews - A short attention span has served Bec Matthews well, as she has drifted between her love of Kora (West African Harp), guitar, various other West African strings and other things. Her musical style and instrumentation reflects her eclectic tastes and a globe trotting past. Swinging from stomping swamp blues to classical West African folk songs and a myriad of styles in between, Bec Matthews is an artist of diverse talent. With her stories of misadventure with African witch doctors to songs speaking of our own stark inequalities, Bec will take you on a journey to far flung corners of the globe and back.

8pm: In Tatters are a popular local Alice Springs group of experienced musicians playing songs made popular from the 50's to the 80's. So get your shades out; your retro fashion on, slick your hair back and get rockin' and rollin' to the sounds of In Tatters.
