The Council runs a twice-yearly, free, collection service for garden waste for senior residents of Alice Springs.
Are you an aged pensioner who would like to have your garden prunings removed from your yard free of charge?
Alice Springs Town Council offers this service to aged pensioners in the community twice a year - usually May and November.
If you would like your garden prunings collected during May, all you need to do is complete an application form available from the Alice Springs.
Applications close at 4.30pm, Friday 23 May 2008 for the service period between Tuesday 27 May and Thursday 29 May 2008.
Applications for NEW aged pensioners atre available at the Civic Centre.
New aged pensioners are aged pensioners that have not used this service before or used this service prior to 2000.
Evidence of entitlement to the service will be required at the time of lodging the application.
