Women's Footy Fitness
Keen on footy? Get in on the Women's Footy Fitness program. It's a killer deal - only $10 for the full 8-session program over 4 weeks! This group program is focused on football skills and overall fitness, using a combination of football training drills and skills, plus sport specific fitness sessions.
Over the program, you can expect:
- Increased cardiovascular fitness
- Increased strength and flexibility
- Improvements in football specific skills
- Some new mates along the way!
Sessions run twice a week at TIO Traeger Park, on Tuesdays at 6:00am and on Thursdays at 5:00pm, each for one hour. The program starts on the 28th of March, and is for women aged 16 years and over. Please bring a drink bottle and body-length towel to all sessions.
