These winners paid their full annual rates bill on or before 4th September 2009. Winners were drawn in the Civic Centre Foyer from a barrel of 1420 entries and have won a refund of their rates (not including waste management charges). Permit # AS 04/09.

Ratepayers paying by instalment need to make their next payment by Friday 6th November 2009.

Please remember to notify Council in writing within 28 days if you change your mailing address - a penalty of $2 200 for not doing so may apply.
