your council Pensioner prunings pickup service

The Council runs a twice-yearly, free, collection service for garden waste for senior residents of Alice Springs.

Are you an aged pensioner who would like to have your garden prunings removed from your yard free of charge?

Alice Springs Town Council offers this service to aged pensioners in the community twice a year - usually May and November.

If you would like your garden prunings collected during November, all you need to do is complete an application form available here or from the Alice Springs Town Council Civic Centre on Todd Street.

Applications close at 4.30pm, Friday 20 November 2009 for the service period between Tuesday 24 and 26 November 2009.

Evidence of entitlement to the service will be required at the time of lodging the application.
