Greenwaste is organic material such as garden clippings and prunings and it is free to dispose of domestic loads of uncontaminated.
When depositing greenwaste, you must ensure it is free of all contaminants, including paper and soil.
Greenwaste will be monitored for contaminants at the disposal point and contaminated greenwaste will be charged at the relevant landfill charge.
Greenwaste is recycled at the landfill into mulch for sale by the landfill contractor.
